Teaching Assignment at the Executive Legal International Summer Class, Sorbonne Assas International Law School, July 2015

Caroline Berube, the Managing Partner of HJM Asia Law, taught a 17-hour summer executive course at the Sorbonne Assas International Law School, Singapore Campus for the second summer in a row. Caroline was one of three professors teaching executives on legal corporate structures in Asia, M&A and restructuring deals, IP and tax, taking into account legal and compliance requirements in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong.  Caroline is looking forward to teaching a similar course at Sorbonne in the Summer 2016.
