Business Immigration: Work permit for Foreign Talents to/from Asia and the USA/Canada: Association of Corporate Counsel/Primerus held on March 12th, 2020 (Webinar)

Caroline Berube, Managing Partner and Katina Hunter-Sutcliffe, Senior Associate, were speaker on the quick hit program of the Association of Corporate Counsel International Legal Affairs Network (ACC ILAN), sponsored by The International Society of Primerus Law Firms, which was held via a webinar on March 12th, 2020. Joined by Mr. Felix Tin (Consultant at ONC Lawyers), Ms. Katina Hunter Sutcliffe (Senior Associate at HJM Asia Law & Co), Ms. Yee Mei Chow (Associate at Carroll & O’Dea Lawyers), Caroline and fellow presenters shared important issues regarding hiring foreign talents in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, US/Canada, and Australia, respectively. Katina covered work permits options for Asian talent going to the USA and Canada for training at the headquarter of their employers and Caroline covered work permits required when sending foreign talent to China and Singapore.
