As sexual harassment is one of the most sensitive issues in the workplace, Caroline was interviewed on regional law variance found in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. For example, did you know that there are no special rules for employers on sexual harassment in Indonesia while Singapore has two acts to protect its labor force- the Penal Code and the Protection from Harassment Act 2014.
