Our law firm has full-time, dedicated and professional teams based in China and Singapore. We specialize in advising foreign investors doing business in Asia, and regularly advise and act as designated external counsel for multinational corporations and foreign small and medium enterprises. We also advise on cross-border transactions and intellectual property matters. Over the years, we have formed strategic alliances with law firms in various countries.
