Women in Leadership Summit, January 29-30th, 2015 (Singapore)

The Women in Leadership Summit, organized by Avent Edge, took place on the 29-30^th of January 2015. Featuring Caroline Berube as a speaker on the distinguished panel, insights were shared by the speakers of the tribulations that women have overcome to become the forerunners of businesses in the ever changing industry today.  Caroline was a panellist on the “Designing policies in the workplace to promote women leaders” discussion which addressed important issues such as role models, networking, work-life balance and women’s role in determining the agenda in the workplace.
