Caroline Berube, Managing Partner of HJM Asia Law, moderated for the 2nd time in this eight-part training series! She was thrilled to have a panel of brilliant lawyers: Riccardo Cajola (Cajola & Associati, Milan; Webinar Officer, IBA Professional Ethics Committee), Stephane Coulaux (CMG Legal, Paris), Christopher Owen (Penningtons Manches Cooper LLP, London), and Linda Yang (Yingke Law Firm, Beijing).  Caroline and the panel opened the session with discussion on the recent investment trends from China, Asia, Europe and the UK.  They also shared useful negotiation tips to conclude successful deals with Chinese companies acquiring European target companies, asset deal vs share deal and investiment scheme in Europe together with other topics.
